Their ad campaigns weren't reflecting the quality of the experience, and their content library wasn't doing the property justice.
They flew us out to San Diego for a three-day content trip to change that.

After auditing and rebuilding their Google and Meta campaigns from the ground up, ad performance doubled, both in output and ranking.
The new creative gave the campaigns something worth amplifying, and the restructured accounts gave that creative the best possible chance to perform.
We were also able to acquire account ownership as the property recently went through a management change. As anyone knows, dealing with Meta and Google support warrants a special kind of reward.
