We approached Lone Peak Overland at the earliest possible stage the product was still a CAD file and the brand was nothing more than a vision. No customers, no reviews, no proof of concept in the market. Just a genuinely great idea and a founder who believed in it.

That's a different kind of challenge. There's no audience to retarget, no data to optimize from, no existing momentum to build on. Everything had to be built from scratch, and it had to be built fast enough that the launch actually landed.

III. The Approach

We didn't just run ads and hope for the best. We mapped the entire customer journey before any significant marketing dollars were spent. Content, automation, sales infrastructure, fulfillment. Every piece had to work together, because with a high-ticket product and no existing audience, there was no margin for a leaky funnel.

From shoots in the field to cart abandonment sequences to an internal ticketing system for custom orders, we built it all. The goal was a business that could run, scale, and convert, with or without us holding it together.

Paid Ads

We started with the content. Shoots built around a rugged, revolutionary product that deserved to be seen in its element. Real terrain, real use, nothing that felt staged. When the creative is that good, everything downstream gets easier.

We answered questions before customers asked them and rapidly increased our conversion rate and decreased buyer remorse. Kyle pioneered founder-led content before it became viral strategy. Honestly, authenticity, and transparency all helped build a reliable fanbase that became urgent and loyal advocates for the brand.

Landing pages were built to match. Tight messaging, clean flow, no friction between interest and purchase. Every click had somewhere worth going. Every dollar spent had a reason behind it.
