Mallard Bay wasn’t just another hunting and fishing company. They were building two businesses at once. A B2C marketplace helping outdoorsmen discover and book guided trips and a B2B SaaS platform Mallard Bay for Guide (Formerly GuideTech) helping guides manage their operations, payments, and clients.
Each audience spoke a different language — one emotional and experience-driven, the other practical and efficiency-focused. Our challenge was to build a brand and marketing system that spoke fluently to both without losing clarity or cohesion. We needed to find a creative bridge between the romance of the outdoors and the rigor of software, so that every ad, landing page, and story could serve both the hunter booking a trip and the guide running a business.

Our campaigns reached over 8 million outdoorsmen across eight different ad platforms. With direct access to Spotify’s ad network, we were able to engage users in moments of focus — while they were already immersed in content they loved.
The result was more than 7,200 qualified leads and an 81% decrease in cost-per-lead. Through creative testing and data-driven optimization, we helped Mallard Bay turn fragmented ad efforts into a unified, scalable growth system.
